Consultants have been involved in the transformation of NGOs in to Commercial banks and recently NGOs transforming into deposit taking microfinance institutions and therefore have wealth of experience in this regard. The lead consultant has worked with K-rep bank from inception to date where he has been instrumental in the transformation process and creating both the microfinance, retail credit and business development departments in the bank.
